All-on-4 is a treatment approach that enables fixed implant-supported prosthesis planning for suitable patients, particularly in cases of advanced tooth loss and reduced bone volume in the posterior areas of the jawbone. In traditional implant applications, additional surgical procedures may be required when there is insufficient bone in the posterior regions. In the All-on-4 approach, implant placement is planned by utilizing the patient’s existing jawbone structure.

In this technique, four implants can be placed at specific angles and positions using suitable bone areas in the anterior region of the jaw. A fixed prosthesis supported by these implants is then prepared and positioned to replace the missing teeth. The placement of the implants and the design of the prosthesis are planned by evaluating the individual’s bone structure and intraoral conditions.

The feasibility of the All-on-4 treatment depends on factors such as the amount of available bone, anatomical structures, oral and dental health, and the individual’s overall health status. For this reason, a personalized treatment option is determined through clinical and radiological evaluation prior to the treatment.
